1. Do you have a shop? [top]

The Ebony & Ivory shop is situated at 52 Main Road, Diep River, Cape Town, South Africa
Trading hours:- Monday – Friday 9am-5pm, Saturday 9am-2pm.

2. Do you have a catalogue? [top]

Yes, in addition to our online catalogue a sample catalogue is available – we do charge for this – please ask us to send you a proforma invoice.

3. Do you send out samples? [top]

Yes, we will send up to 10 samples per customer – else it would best to order a sample catalogue.

4. In what size increments do you sell ribbon? [top]

Ribbon is sold in 5m bundles and 100m rolls. When placing small orders and continuous length is required, please specify or else 5m bundles will be supplied.

5. Is there a minimum purchase? [top]

The minimum order is R100. For further questions, or special requests, please contact us directly.

6. Do you accept order by phone or fax? [top]

We would prefer to have orders in writing. Fax orders must be done during office hours.

7. How do I know if my order was placed? [top]

You will receive an e-mail confirmation within minutes of placing your order. If this does not occur, please contact us for assistance.

8. What should I do if I have trouble ordering? [top]

9. Are you a wholesaler only? [top]

Ebony & Ivory sell both to the public and to wholesalers.

10. How do I get a wholesale price list? [top]

The wholesale price lists is available on request.

11. Do you do custom design ribbon? [top]

Yes, minimum order is 1000m. Please call us directly so that we may better serve your needs.  Timeline for custom ribbon approximately 2-3 months.

12. Do you print logos or print onto ribbon? [top]

No

13. How do I make payment? [top]

Once your order has been received, a pro-forma invoice will be emailed or faxed to you. All banking details and costs will be included in the invoice. Payment confirmation must be
e-mailed or faxed during office hours before your order is dispatched.

14. How will I get my ribbon? [top]

The shipping of the goods is at the customer’s expense. Customers have an option of using their own couriering services. We use the Post Office ‘Speed Couriers’ – counter to counter overnight service. A tracking number is issued once payment is made making the parcel easy to trace.  We also use courier service – overnight to door – this service will cost more.
