Service Definition

Our service includes the supply of ribbons, gifts and stationery items.

For the sake of clarity, we would just like to also point out what our service does not include:

Planning and designing artwork. We endeavour to always match your pantone colour selections exactly.  However we cannot guarantee exact matching of the pantone colours as slight variations in colour may occur.

We are not a sample service. We are more than happy to make sample for clients.  However sampling carries a cost of R350 which will be deducted from the order on acceptance of the order.  Our minimum order requirement for custom ribbons is 1000 metres.

Deliveries and collections. Ebony & Ivory uses the services of the post office.  This service will be charged for the clients account.  Tthe post office service of ‘counter to counter overnight’ is used which means that the package needs to be collected from the clients selected post office.   Ebony & Ivory cannot be held liable for the delay in courier collections and deliveries, it is the responsibility of the client to ensure enough time is allowed to obtain the products for all relevant occasions and functions.  Should the package be returned due to non-collection by the client.  The cost of re-shipping the package will be charged to the client.
